This role is a temporary position and requires an immediate start therefore you must be immediately available. Due to the location of the office, you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Administrative duties such as producing and checking statements and bills, working closely with internal systems to ensure all data is correct and occasionally working with financial reconciliation, accounts, refunds etc. Speaking with customers over the phone or via other channels, providing first class customer service and handling any queries all the way through to their outcome. You will need to have/be: Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly with Excel. An analytical mind with a strong ability to solve problems. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. A real team player who is always willing to go the extra mile. Able to manage a large workload under set deadlines.
